One of the most common tattoo removal requests is to remove the name/important date of an ex significant other. • Denise Richards chose a discrete fairy to cover up her mistake of having the name of her former husband, Charlie Sheen, tattooed on her ankle.   
• Adrienne Bailon had boyfriend Rob Kardashian’s name tattooed on her backside, of all places. Although she did wait 6 years, she eventually decided to have the ink removed.
• Desperate Houseswives star, Eva Longoria, had three tattoos that paid tribute to her former NBA star husband Tony Parker. The word ‘nine’ in tribute to his jersey number, their wedding date on her wrist and his initials on an undisclosed location. After the couple divorced in 2012, she went through the process of getting all three removed.  
• Although their marriage may have lasted the longest on the list, Melanie Griffith wasted no time after she and husband of 20 years, Antonio Banderas, got divorced. Just one month after their split, Griffith started the process of getting the heart on her bicep that said “Antonio” removed.
